RI native son Chris Cosentino wins big on "Top Chef Masters"
Rhode Island native son chef Chris Cosentino (born in Newport and raised in Providence) topped the impressive field of chefs on Sept. 26. He won not just the title but $100,000 for the charity of his choice. He won challenges during the series which raised another $41,000 for the charity.
Costentino is chef/partner at Incanto in San Francisco, Calif. He is a graduate of the culinary program at Johnson & Wales University.
